how i can support you

  • Where are your opportunities for impact and influence? How can you conduct situational analyses and identify opportunities and root causes of issues? How can you establish goals and objectives and create and implement an effective theory of change and action?

  • How can you move beyond what you do today to create more impact? How can you seize emerging opportunities and mitigate risks? How do you align strategy and implementation?

  • What is the gap between your goals and current efforts? Where can innovation help close that gap? How will your innovation agenda drive towards greater and more equitable impact?

  • How do you translate what you have learned by direct implementation to practices other organizations can use to achieve similar impact? How do you disseminate and facilitate the adoption of knowledge uniquely tailored to key audiences?

  • How can collaboration accelerate progress toward your goals? With whom should you partner? How should you partner, and what resources do you need? How can you partner across sectors (nonprofit, government, academia, foundations, private sector)?

  • What nonprofits should you support? How do you help grantees envision and plan for their next stage of growth and development?
